Job Summary
To assist Head Of Deparment doing administrative duties and keeping the dept in order. Supporting the marketing dept in makerting their services, attending to clients and generating invoices.
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Head Of Deparment.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding,scanning etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Any other jobs assigned from time to time.
