JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle full spectrum of office administration, including incoming calls, courier, office maintenance & supplies etc.
  • Provide administrative support to management on emails,brochures etc.
  • Liaise with head office on payroll, finance & accounts matters.
  • Assist with organisation of trainings.
  • Able to work under pressure, willing to work outside normal office hours (if necessary) and possess positive attitude
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignment and tasks as required by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required Languages: English, Malay, Chinese.
  • Possess high degree of self-motivation, result-oriented and able to follow instructions.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Full time
