Product Marketing Manager [Indonesia]

What you'll do:

Partner closely with Indonesia-based product management to

  • Understand customer development strategy and translate it into end-to-end product marketing initiatives including impactful go-to-market approaches
  • Be the voice of the customer and use a range of market, competitive and local insights to help validate our product, propositions and to uncover growth opportunities
  • Cultivate healthy customer cohorts, ensuring that we acquire key customer segments, and that they are activated and retained

Lead product marketing strategy

  • Work closely with the business development team, product managers, sales, design, PR to develop a go-to-market strategy and drive user acquisition, activation and retention for the Indonesia market
  • Evaluate product marketing initiatives using relevant data measures in an effort to iterate, improve and build upon performance, while contributing to local and global KPIs
  • Hold regional status meetings and meet with individual teams to proactively update and close feedback loops

Execute & optimize product launch campaigns

  • Work with cross-functional teams and marketing channel owners to execute integrated marketing campaigns that drives awareness and adoption of our products
  • Analyze and report on the demand-gen performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization

What we're looking for:

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing strategy or related field is required, preferably from fintech background
  • BA/MS in Marketing, Business Management or in a quantitative field; preferably with Marketing related major
  • Strong analytical skill, comfortable with data processing
  • Strong in marketing or campaign execution
  • Strong in media channel & communication strategy
  • Have experience on go-to market strategy creation and implementation and/ or branding campaign
  • Have experience in marketing program focus in acquisition
  • Have experience managing marketing budget
  • Strong cross-functional team communication & coordination
  • Ability to write, read and speak fluent English
  • A true team player, hands-on and self-motivated, able to stick to deadlines and collaborate with others
