This role as the Guest Experience Expert is reporting to Front Desk Manager and responsible for the total tasks about the guest experience who is going to experience the night shift about a week of the month too.
Responsibilities
Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in. Check and make sure the guest experience process is in line with our performance goal.

Managing guest problems, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Opera PMS knowleage, english professional
