The Job
We are currently seeking applicants for Academic Teachers in Dubai with at least 2 years of teaching experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Creating lesson plans and delivering instruction to students in a variety of subjects
- Assessing student progress and providing feedback on academic performance
- Developing and implementing classroom management strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
- Collaborating with other teachers and staff members to plan and coordinate curriculum and activities
- Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best teaching practices and educational trends
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information
- Participating in school-wide events and activities, such as parent-teacher conferences or extracurricular programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or a 4-year university degree in the required field
- At least 2 years of work experience in teaching
- Experience working in the education sector preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
