Admin. Clerk / Admin. Officer [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Responsibilities:

· Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Department

· Support and execute onboarding and offboarding procedure

· Assisted in recruitment including job postings and arrange interviews.

· Maintain proper employee records and P-file in HR Information System.

· Handle employee's daily attendance record

· Carry out any ad-hoc projects/duties as required

Requirements:

· Form 5 or DSE graduated or above

· At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in Compensation & Benefit

· Proficient in PC Operations including MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing

· Able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule and multi-tasks
