Purpose of role
To manufacture control panels and components for the heating & ventilation and associated industries.
Roles and responsibilities
· To construct control panels, fan assemblies and associated components, accurately and within predetermined route times.
· Inspect completed panels to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
· Use appropriate tools and equipment in line with safety standards outlined by company policies, departmental procedures and guidelines.
· To maintain a clean, tidy and safe workplace, within all areas of the department.
· To record stages of production and time taken on the appropriate forms and on Microsoft AX.
· To record any changes or deviations from the work documentation identified during construction.
· Any changes to be agreed by the Controls Manager/Team Leader prior to modification.
· To undertake any reasonable task requested by the Controls Manager or Team Leader.
· To undertake any reasonable additional tasks requested by Senior staff. This may involve off site working, an amount of out of hours working or aiding elsewhere within the company.

Salary: £20,319.00-£23,210.00 per year
