a. To do monthly Food Inventory & General Store Inventory

b. To do weekly & monthly Food Cost Report

c. Inter Kitchen Transfer between the kitchen and the restaurant, bar, adjustments must be made to take value of the transfers into account by Hotel MC system.

d. To record recipe costing for F&B Menu Price, to prepare and calculate the Recipe costing by Hotel MC system as per request by Chef for the new Menu for F&B; Banquet Standard Menu as well as Restaurant Buffet menu price.

e) To handle Halal Certificate and Halal Assurance System (HAS) Program.

f) To prepare and compile technical documents and dossiers for regulatory use and trainings.

g) To set up, maintain and update Manual of Halal Assurance System (HAS).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
