This means that you will spend time both helping run and grow the business from the office as well as interacting directly with customers, answering customer inquiries, building customer relationships, and providing excellent front-line customer service.


Primary Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Support Representative:

  • Oversee major clients in telecommunications, fostering growth in partnerships with clientele.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
  • Support customer retention/loyalty efforts and have a key focus on customer service and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
  • Conduct target market research and consistently be knowledgeable about the trends and innovations in our industry.
  • Work directly with the Operational Manager in project coordination and team development.
  • Be the face of the company, and your professionalism will be utilized to highlight the strengths of the business, coordination of representation will be portrayed when with major clients or consumers.
  • Verifies & Confirms customer orders and delivery expectations.
  • Tracks order exceptions and maintain as needed and enter electronic, paper and manual orders online.

Requirements for the Customer Support Representative Role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 6 months working in retail, marketing or customer service.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have full-time availability.
  • Must be able to commute to the home location.
