The DA Associate’s program is a 3 - 6 month paid training program with full time employment potential. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the digital marketing field and be mentored by experienced leaders as you kick-start your career!


Ways You’ll Make an Impact

  • Directly Manage Accounts & Client Communications
  • Learn about selling and managing vendors on Amazon and marketplaces, from product set up and launch to inventory planning to sales acceleration and advertising
  • Provide team/client call notes, action items and timelines. Keep teams and account progress on schedule.
  • Understand client products, branding, and goals
  • Weekly Reporting & Client Calls - Reporting on account progress and KPIs
  • Assist Amazon/Marketplaces Team in setting up and optimizing product detail pages & content, dashboards, advertising campaigns, promotions, new product launches, account troubleshooting and more
  • Continue to expand your experience and knowledge in all things Amazon/Marketplaces
  • Think outside the box and deliver client success & growth

What You’re Bringing

  • Polished oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills - proficient in MS Excel and data analysis
  • Previous customer service or client management experience is a plus
  • Experience with selling on Amazon or in the digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML is a plus
  • Strong Computer skills - thorough understanding of Google Sheets and internet technologies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Diligent work ethic
  • Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done


Special Notes

  • This role will be located in our LA office and our office is now open for hybrid work. You must reside, or be willing to relocate, within commuting distance of the office for this role.
