MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical operational direction/leadership at the regional level to advance critical environment capabilities and JLL market share in FM and IT services while promoting data center and engineering lifecycle products
Responsible to enable growth within global critical environments sector and engineering services line
Build strong working relationships with key client representatives and promote JLL’s CEM/DC Management expertise that covers OneJLL; FM Ops, Consulting, Transaction Management or Leasing and Project Management.
Implement standard business operating mechanisms such as regular team meetings, strategic review forums, training conferences and regular analysis and reporting processes to ensure team engagement and alignment and to provide an effective and efficient business operations in CEM & Data Center FM
Lead and influence large teams of indirect and direct employees driving business outcomes for the data center/CEM global service offering including engineering services and products
Responsible to drive operational excellence within a region of critical accounts focusing on financial and operational performance/compliance. Drive Self-performance strategy while driving technical sourcing/procurement excellence around engineering
Actively participate in DC/CEM Operations activities by attending required meetings and developing and implementing programs and procedures on a priority basis so as to support the Engineering platform and strategy.
Develop Corrigo and other related technology capabilities with JLLT to drive critical environment success – including the IOT opportunity development to improve productivity/reliability/sustainable operations/asset management
Responsible to drive a culture of 100% uptime managing KPIs according to JLL contractual parameters exceeding customer expectations
Ownership of account deployments and supporting transitions focusing on consistent operational delivery
Support business pursuits with divisional and regional business ensuring targets are achieved and technical delivery is deployed consistently
Coordinate between Solution Development, Engineering Operations platform, Transactions Management, Project Management and provide a key linkage between the wider JLL organization and client representatives.
Provide CEM/data center solutions and new business transition support leading complex engagements and transformation programs in high-risk environments ensuring engineering solutions can be delivered according to corporate models
Provide technical advice and consultancy to clients and the JLL DC/CEM facilities management and Engineering Operations teams as required. Attend QBRs for major accounts as required.
Monitor market trends and changes to ensure that JLL provides industry best practice in the delivery of CEM/DC FM Operations
Drive deployment of CEM/data center/engineering products and support development of future related products
Provide input to strategic CEM/data center product bundle to enhance JLL capabilities and market position
Provide ownership of all DC/CEM managed space within a designated area ensuring compliance to standards.
Leadership of our all CEM/data center best practices focused on networking, best in class performance, program/playbook updates and Engineering Center of Excellence.
Act as subject matter expert and single point of contact for data center operational management within your assigned responsibility and APAC region
Development and deployment of strategic tools and processes necessary to support an industry leading CEM/data center program focused on 100% uptime.
Advance market position with analytics of mission critical applications and processes to digitize CEM data.
Consult with clients and account leadership with all aspects of CEM/data center operations, management, account expansions and design.
Lead critical environments portfolio transitions, technical due diligence, root cause analysis, strategic planning, personnel development and establishing technical training programs.
Maintain effective communications with external and internal clients, technical personnel and key management
Position could require up to 40% travel.
Other assignments as required.

Sound like you? Before you apply it’s worth knowing what we are looking for:
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 15 years data center/CEM operations experience related to FM or IT service delivery
Minimum 8 years driving business line expansion in a high growth market.
Ability to drive and support multiple accounts within a region with values ranging from $20-150M
Ability to interact with c-suite, internally and externally
Thorough knowledge of sales process, ability to convert prospect clients to solution/transition phase
Ability to articulate value proposition to prospect clients(c-suite) and deliver on solution
Previous P&L management experience required.
Thorough understanding of data center and critical systems related to operational delivery.
Thorough understanding of IT raised floor, co-location, hyper-scale, cloud environments and other critical sectors such as manufacturing, labs and pharma.
Prior experience with development of mission critical programs, procedures, and DCIM/MCIM/CMMS systems.
