What will you do?

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for assisting three different departments: Commercial Support, Medical, and Sales & Marketing CNS. This role will provide you with diverse tasks and internal customers to work with, requiring your effective management of supportive duties and administrative processes.


Your main responsibilities are:

  • Take care of invitation and agenda for meetings, including logistics, room reservations and meals when required
  • Write minutes of team meetings on request
  • Answer the phone and assess priority
  • Make travel and hotel arrangements via Teva’s booking tool
  • Support compliance processes for external activities with Healthcare professionals
  • Support contract and financial management by initiating and monitoring of contract handling and/or procure- and payment processes
  • Support portfolio management with data maintenance in local systems
  • General support in department’s projects
  • Act as an internal support for questions on HIP process

Who are you?

  • You have at least MBO education, for example MEAO CE, Schoevers, ROCvA
  • You have up to date knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
  • You will have high affinity with and knowledge of digital communication platforms
  • On top of all of this you have excellent social and communicational skills, are customer oriented, both internal and external, are an agile team player who thinks in solutions and act with respect and integrity and are able to set priorities.
