You will play an important role in:
Supporting in the daily tasks at the PrimeServ Academy administration, where you will have some fixed responsibilities but also have various ad hoc tasks when the need arises.

You will:

  • Respond to inquiries from customers and MAN employees regarding course booking, payment, registration, visa requirements, certification, etc.
  • Register course participants for Academy training in the course booking IT system
  • Participate in monthly department and admin meetings
  • Contributing to the improvement of our processes

We imagine that you:
We imagine that you are enrolled into a higher education and expect that you can work min. 2 full days a week. We offer flexible working hours, including during exam periods where your study requires it.

You possess good English communicational and writing skills, focusing on delivering quality work and have a structured and independent approach to your tasks.

We expect that you participate in the daily routines and contributes to a great work environment. Share your thought, knowledge and experience wherever you find it relevant.

Your daily work will be in the Academy's building on Teglholmen in Copenhagen.

About the Student Network
The MAN Student Network is a community made for students by students at MAN Energy Solutions Denmark. The network has the purpose of connecting students in Denmark with the benefit of establishing strong academic and social relationships across group departments, but also as an opportunity to expand the academic network, which ultimately may prove to provide the first full-scale step toward a future career at MAN Energy Solutions.

The students within the network have the opportunity to provide recommendations and improvements and actively affect the concept of this network.
