- Graduate of any 4-years course
- Preferably with credit collection and account receivable/payable experience.
- With at least 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge in Google, Google Apps Like Maps, Calendar, Gmail, Drive
- Manage and records all noted pertaining to minutes of the meetings & discussion
- Can manage schedules, meetings & email correspondence in timely manner.
- Smart, confident, with excellent communication skills, with good command of English, with high level of accuracy & attention to details.
- Handles confidential and sensitive information of the Company
- Can work on extended hours if needed;
- Willing to hold office in Novaliches Quezon City
- Preferably with Accounting background
- Willing to render extended hours if needed.
- Schedule: MONDAY TO SATURDAY 8:00HRS
