  • Graduate of any 4-years course
  • Preferably with credit collection and account receivable/payable experience.
  • With at least 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in Google, Google Apps Like Maps, Calendar, Gmail, Drive
  • Manage and records all noted pertaining to minutes of the meetings & discussion
  • Can manage schedules, meetings & email correspondence in timely manner.
  • Smart, confident, with excellent communication skills, with good command of English, with high level of accuracy & attention to details.
  • Handles confidential and sensitive information of the Company
  • Can work on extended hours if needed;
  • Willing to hold office in Novaliches Quezon City
  • Preferably with Accounting background
  • Willing to render extended hours if needed.
  • Schedule: MONDAY TO SATURDAY 8:00HRS

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
