Your journey:


Full responsibility for the entire Talent Acquisition process, as from day 1 within the Benelux, incl HQ positions. (50% of your time)


  • Managing the entire Talent Acquisition process: intake, writing job ads, posting, searching, selection, assessments, contract proposal.
  • Ensuring excellent candidate experience at all times.
  • Advising HR director and managers on new trends, tools and processes to attract candidates.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders, evolve to their trusted professional partner.
  • Cooperating with peers in Communication, ICT and HR in order to deliver to expectations in a structured project based approach: employer branding, sourcing campaigns, ATS improvements, ….
  • Analysing and presenting data to demonstrate candidate experience, cost to hire and time to hire, along with solutions for improvements.

Participate in HQ based HR projects & processes, coached by experts, in order to broaden your scope and expertise within HR (50% of your time). Domains of your future expertise could be:


  • Co- designing HQ based Talent Development programs, Leadership tracks
  • Supporting implementation of Global HR Talent initiatives
  • Advising & supporting ECO3 employees in their personal development journey
  • Payroll related projects
  • Reporting, data & dashboard related projects
  • HR business partnering related projects
  • ….

The profile we are looking for


  • University degree Master: SEW, TEW, Psychology, …
  • First experience in Talent Acquisition (2-3 years) , able to take full ownership of the process
  • Eager to learn, triggered to further discover the HR world
  • A balanced combination of analytical skills and empathy
  • Pro-active, result oriented and customer focused
  • Entrepreneurship, resilient, can do mentality
  • Pragmatic and solution oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Languages : Dutch, English, …
