Responsibilities:

IT service delivery

  • Provides customer-centric IT services in line with Garrett IT guidelines and direction, communicates and implements IT strategy;
  • Maintain relationship with central IT functions in order to integrate global IT initiatives and follow policies.
  • Conducts business analysis, help business define requirements and creating business cases.
  • Act as single point of reference for all IT related topics, maintain a strong relationship with site leadership team

People & Project Management

  • Provides guidance to the site IT team in terms of IT technology and standards.
  • Plan team objectives aligned with global and drive activities within overall budget and schedule. Coordinate with global IT functional teams to deploy projects locally
  • Ensures strong coordination of IT CSW workforce, alignment to Garrett performance standards and Code of Business Conduct

IT operations and security

  • Delivery of SLA metrics related to IT operations support and office IT services.
  • Manages all IT services with a focus on continuous service improvement, improvement of the user experience and reducing user effort to resolve IT issues.
  • Ensure standards and best practices are implemented related to data privacy, cyber safety and IT compliance.

IT Finance & vendor management

  • Owns site IT finance planning and execution, management of best CAPEX and OPEX budget/initiatives, manages suppliers for IT related services & purchase at the site.

YOU NEED:

  • Bachelors Degree or above in Information Technology, or related work experience
  • IT project management and ITSM skills, certification in general standards (PMI, ITIL) is a plus.
  • English
  • 5+ years work experience in IT leadership, IT project management or IT service delivery
    2+ years people management experiences.
  • Strong customer orientation focus in user, applications and infrastructure support
  • Technical acumen focused on infrastructure standards (server, virtualization, networking, monitoring)
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning & Operational Execution Excellence
