What will the role involve?

This role sits within our Digital Enablement team and is responsible for the configuration of our asset systems along with supporting internal stakeholders with ongoing technical support.

Along with this, the key areas of responsibility are:

  • Assisting with the development of product roadmaps
  • Working with the team to ensure the wider ecosystem is working correctly
  • Mentoring of team members to enable continuous growth
  • Ensuring best practice is followed and undertake regular reviews of Asset Systems and Asset Data to ensure best practices and security practices are being followed where suitable
  • Work with the team to monitor the Asset Ecosystem to allow for minimal system downtime and disruption to the end user
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal staff to provide an elevated level of customer service.


This role can be based at any of our office locations - Hamilton, Tauranga or New Plymouth.


What will you need to bring with you?

Along with your ability to systematically problem solve and build relationships, you will also have:

  • Experience using and administrating Asset Systems e.g. Maximo, ESRI
  • Demonstrated IT skills and knowledge
  • Proven knowledge, experience and understanding of Asset and Information principles
  • Experience with development & maintenance methods including web and mobile technology applications
  • Experience working in an Agile, DevOps environment
