Join us as a Supply Manager B2B (d/f/m), a role in which you will highlight and mitigate supply related topics affecting B2B products by acting as single point of contact for Technical- and Commercial Operations and by close collaboration with all involved stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Implementation of a strong Supply Management function for Partner Label & API products (order tracking, allocations, escalations)
- Mitigate/Eliminate negative impacts resulting from supply fluctuations
- Further strengthen collaboration between Commercial Operations and Technical Operations
- Support PL growth Contribution to efficiency gains by optimized line utilizations (enabled by a close collaboration across functions)

In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning and development options as well as worldwide career opportunities. In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 73,112.90/year (on a full time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies. We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and working where possible.

Essential:
- University degree in life sciences, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of complex supply chain processes
- Preferably some years of professional experience in purchasing, production and or sales
- Experience in a variety of Supply Chain and or Data analysis roles within different stages of supply chain processes, for large multi-national organizations
- High degree of competence in SAP, Data analysis and performance measurement and improvement
- Broad knowledge of business processes within the pharmaceutical industry including planning, order fulfilment, capacity and supply planning, master data and life-cycle management

- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of sales / commercial processes
