In this role you will:

  • Prepare high quality, accurate and timely reporting as required by key stakeholders including QBR and Board reporting.

  • Work with colleagues across the Group, ensuring effective collaboration, communication and development of solutions.

  • Drive the team's regulatory agenda along with operational risk and related activities.

  • Contribute to a successful team that is rising to the challenge of an ever changing regulatory and digital environment.

  • Improve the efficiency of the current process while maintaining consistently high standards of output, as well as championing the efforts to "Transform the Bank" through the adoption of new processes in line with best practice across the Group and wider industry

  • Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with the relevant data and reporting policies and standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Financial or Risk professional qualification would be an advantage but not essential

  • Proven commercial experience in a business environment.

  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

More about the team:

The Digital & Operations team sits within the Chief Operating Office function within the Corporate Banking & Markets Division. The Unit provides a critical business service to all of the Corporate Banking units that are involved in lending activities across multiple jurisdictions. This includes Corporate Banking Ireland, Property Finance and Acquisition Finance.

The Digital and Operations team is responsible for providing best-in-class credit, risk and information management support activities to all Corporate Banking businesses and jurisdictions - including internal service provider management, processes and procedures maintenance, credit support and analysis, operational risk, data quality management and reporting activities. It is also responsible for ensuring these processes effectively blend Corporate Banking's best in class relationship & credit management capability with an innovative and agile digital strategy - and are optimised while being compliant with internal policies and external regulations.

This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin. Travel will be required for in-person collaboration -exact frequency to be agreed with manager. #LI-HYBRID #IJ-HYBRID
