Key Account Manager Service+Success/HR [Switzerland]

To reinforce the Marketing & Communication Team we are hiring a Key Account Manager Service+Success / HR.


    The Key Account Manager (KAM) is in charge of marketing and communications projects for Service + Success (Customer Service) and HR teams within GF MS organization.
    He/She is the contact person for these departments and coordinates stakeholders across the organization to get projects done in time, budget and specifications :
    Support and consult internal stakeholders
    Consolidate and translate requests of internal clients into projects
    Define projects together with the Communications team leaders and manage these projects in our standard tools (e.g. Aha!)
    Work closely with Content and Channel teams and when needed external providers
    Analysis and reporting of defined KPls for each project (project triangle: budget, time, goal) to improve results.

    Bachelor degree or equivalent; project management qualification, marketing and communication experience
    2 to 5 years of experience within a project management, communications or marketing environment with a proven track record, showing both, personal and professional development.
    Have a sense for the business and economic feasibilities of our industry
    Good communication skills in English (presenting, writing, personal contact) a must; other languages such as German, French, Italian are a plus
    MS Office, Digital marketing tools, Project Management tools
