PUBG MOBILE Intern, Esports Center

Tencent is seeking an aspiring and passionate Intern for PUBG MOBILE Esports with focus on project management, data analyze and creativity to support our esports production around the world. The ideal candidate is a young individual who wants to tip their toes into esports while contributing with their organizational skill to the success of our regional and global products, while working on smaller creative incubation projects.

This position is an on-site position based in Amsterdam Zuidas, The Netherlands.

• Support the Global Product team in their daily operation
• Assist Global Project Manager with reports, operation & analyze
• Spearhead smaller creative project for internal team
• Stay up to date on industry standards, innovation, and latest tech development around esports
• Work proactively on personal project to showcase sustainability in mobile esports
• Assist with remote support for regional & global events (production livestreaming, quality assurance & more)
• Other smaller ad hoc items to guarantee smooth operation of the Global Product team (scheduling, notes, material preparation)

Requirements:

• Currently resistered as a student in a university in the Netherlands, open for working for 40 hours per week for at least 6 months
• Worked around people in a multi-culture project
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Impeccable organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
• Able to act with discretion when handling confidential matters
• Passionate gamer
