We are seeking a Geodetic Engineer / Land Surveyor in the Philippines for a full time, year around Land Survey drafting position for a United States based Land Surveying firm. We are looking to hire 1-2 Land Survey drafters in Puerto Princesa. We are also open to candidates in Metro Manila or Olongapo/Subic Bay.
This is not a remote position; we are opening an actual office.
We are seeking for immediate interview/hire.
Minimum qualifications.
Must have a degree or experience in Land Surveying, this is not entry level. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus. We are only seeking a candidate from the Philippines. We will train to our drafting standards in an office environment to get our new employee up to speed on how we do things for US projects. Our new hire will learn valuable experience from U.S Land Survey professionals.
Responsibilities are drafting ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Boundary Surveys, etc.
Pay Range
40,000-50,000php per month salary depending on experience, position based on a 40 hour work week Monday-Friday.
After 60 day probationary period benefits offered:
7 paid holidays per year
7 paid days off per year

There is room to grow with our company and for advancement and possible per site or annual bonus.
