Job Description:

Supervisory:


a. Monitor day to day work load and its activities for MCC Engineers
b. Ensure all MCC Engineers provide high level of support for all MRO activities
c. Management for MCC Engineer roster plan /leave appraisals and development plan as required.
Departmental responsibilities:
a. Support RSAF MRTT operations for maintaining high level of productivity and maintenance and ensure meeting
all targeted SLA’s for the department.
b. Provide solution management for MRO/flight line for all on ground and outstation issues
c. Establish and maintain/monitor Short & Long Term Production Plan.
d. Ensure proper control of Scheduled/Unscheduled Work Orders are implemented.
e. Ensure timely and accurate creation/issuance of work package for line and light (up to 3A Check) maintenance.
f. To manage TDY Deployment requirement and take required action accordingly.
g. Carryout analysis of repeat defect through MCC Engineers and plan corrective actions accordingly.
h. Ensure proper monitor and control of Cannibalization and Swapping Procedures are implemented.
i. Ensure proper recording, analysis and monitoring of Post Flight Reports is implemented.
j. Monitoring of Departmental KPI and take corrective action accordingly.
k. Work with different stake holders for arrangement of tooling/material/manpower required for all scheduled
/unscheduled maintenance.
l. Management of AOG situation till its recovery to ensure high aircraft availability for operation.
m. Provide assistance to MRO as required for troubleshooting and clearing of defects.
n. Manage all discrepancies in reference to technical records in communication with CAMO and take corrective
action accordingly.
o. Monitoring the list of missing parts on the aircraft, spare POD’s, engines, APU and any other components with
missing/cannibalized items.
p. Monitoring of MEL/CDL items and ensuring its timely closure.
q. Ensure Aircraft Log Books and its documents are maintained properly.
r. Participation in department continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency of RSAF Fleet.
s. Monitoring of KPI set in the ERP tool such (DEMAT panel or equivalent) to ensure better control of blocking
points.
t. Coordinate activities for the heavy maintenance checks as and when required.
u. Support MRO in absence of MRO Manager.
v. Implementation of ERP in production control department.
w. Coordination with RSAF control for A/C scheduling for missions as per mission requirement.
x. Coordination with RSAF control during A/C grounding for maintenance status update.

Basic Formation
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Avionics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
Formal Training on Airbus Fleet A330.


Experience


At least five (5) years of experience working in MCC or similar environment. 
At least ten (10) years of total aviation experience.
