Saadat & Toomari Consulting is looking for a Full-Time Accountant to join our growing team in Beverly Hills, CA. This role will provide accounting support for our diverse client base. This is an in person role that requires the ability to work on-site at our office.

Responsibilities

  • Full bookkeeping for client base.
  • File Federal and State tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates, including but not limited to 1040, 1065, 1120S and 1120 forms.
  • Prepare monthly financial statement reports including P&L and balance sheets.
  • Process 1099 filings at year end.
  • Handle communications with IRS and State tax authorities in response to client notices.
  • Provide personalized and quality customer service by handling daily client inquiries, answering tax related questions and providing resolutions in an accurate, reliable and helpful manner.
  • General administrative duties.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 3+ years of Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
  • Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products.
  • QuickBooks and ProSeries experience highly preferred.
  • Strong foundational understanding of accounting principles and how to apply them.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, date entry and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

  • QuickBooks: 2 years (Required)
