The Opportunity

As companies prepare for a future of work that is digital first, hybrid and experience driven, the importance of digital document workflows has become critical to ensure business acceleration. Businesses' most important assets are their documents, and digital transformation starts with their document workflows. From creation to collaboration, signature to archival and retrieval, document workflows can be a friction or an advantage.

You’ll be responsible for driving growth for Document B2B business through web & digital routes-to-market. You’ll lead key initiatives to improve our B2B Adobe.com experiences, launch a new trial for small & medium sized organizations, and drive digital projects to grow Document Cloud.

You’ll develop a deep knowledge of the target audiences and leverage customer and product insights to advise digital strategies and go-to-market plans. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to inform messaging and create new web content. You’ll also have a sense of key web-driven metrics to measure and track performance in order to achieve annual targets.

The ideal candidate is a highly driven, customer-centric individual who is comfortable working through ambiguity. You have strength in diving deep into data, identifying key insights, and communicating compellingly to influence business decisions. You excel at working in highly collaborative team environments, and set the standard to create a culture of inclusivity and authenticity and build trust across various teams.

Responsibilities:
Lead cross functional initiatives that span across Web, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Analytics to drive digital projects forward.
Understand the end-to-end customer journeys, and identify key areas of opportunities.
Develop deep audience expertise and serve as the voice of the customer through research, analysis, and first-hand customer experience. Drive customer research as needed.
Accelerate growth for Document Cloud Web business, thinking through both self-serve and sales-assisted customer journeys.
Define and track against acquisition, engagement, and retention targets.

Requirements:
BA/BS is preferred or 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of Product Marketing experience in fast paced technology/SaaS companies
Background working with multi-channel B2B acquisition, especially in Web/Commerce
Proven experience communicating and presenting data to peers and management
Deep analytical skills, demonstrated ability to think strategically about sophisticated issues, and keen ability to evaluate alternatives and make compelling recommendations based on solid analysis.
Creative attitude, bringing new insights and perspectives to solve problems
Strong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and willing to roll up one’s sleeves to tackle opportunities head-on.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $143,200 -- $236,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
