Job Description:
  • Responsible for drafting, improving, supervising and implementing various administrative policies.

  • Responsible for the management of the company's various seals, certificates, qualifications, etc., and cooperate with relevant government departments to carry out annual inspections.
  • 负责管理公司各种印章、证照、资质证件等,并配合政府相关部门做好年检工作。
  • Making department annual budget according to Company policy. Control the expenditure of various administrative expenses in reasonable range, make statistics and analysis of various administrative expenses, establish the standards, propose and implement rectification plans for prominent problems.
  • 按照公司要求制定年度经费预算,合理控制各项行政经费的支出情况,对各项行政费用支出进行统计、分析,制定各个行政工作标准,针对突出问题提出整改方案并推进落实。
  • Responsible for the collection of the original materials of the company's historical events. Responsible for site culture poster and internal magazine issuance.
  • 负责做好公司历年大事记的原始资料收集。负责工厂维护宣传墙报和内刊的发行。
  • Organize and plan cultural activities, organize and arrange various cultural and sports activities, such as company annual meeting, staff activities, family day, etc.; Support the conferences and events.

  • Responsible for management of all indoor cleaning by formulating working hours, contents and standards in each area, establishing and improving inspection and registration procedures.
  • 负责公司内所有室内保洁管理,制定各区域工作时间、内容、标准,建立健全检查、登记制度。
  • Responsible for the management of staff dormitories, apartment and guest rooms, establish and implement various standards, guarantee all kinds of accommodation needs, and improve management and service level.
  • 负责公司员工宿舍、公寓、客房等管理,建立健全并执行各项标准,保障各类住宿需求,提升管理、服务水平。
  • Responsible for scheduling and management of the company's vehicle, ensure that the company's leaders and employees use the car normally, regularly conduct safety education for drivers, reduce accidents and violations.
  • 负责公司车辆调度、管理,确保公司领导和员工正常用车,定期对司机进行安全教育,减少事故和违章。
  • Responsible for staff canteen management, formulate reasonable staffing, establish dining management requirements and kitchen hygiene and cleaning process standards, establish kitchen hygiene inspection and supervision mechanism to ensure dining safety.
  • 负责员工食堂管理,制定合理人员编制,建立用餐管理要求、及厨房卫生清洁流程标准等,建立厨房卫生检查和监督机制,确保用餐安全。
  • Responsible for access control, equipment management and maintenance of office area, rest area, fitness area and other areas. Responsible to arrange office assignment and staff and visitors.
  • 负责办公区、休息区、健身区等区域的进入管控、设备设施管理维护,及员工和访客房间座位安排等。
  • Responsible for the management of green plant services in the company, supervise suppliers to provide corresponding services in strict accordance with the contract terms, check the quantity, variety and price of green plants, and check and pay the fees.
  • 负责公司内绿植服务管理,监督供应商严格按照合同条款提供相应服务,核对绿植数量、品种、价格,费用审核、支付。
  • Responsible for purchasing office supplies, fixed assets inventory management.
  • 负责办公物资申购,固定资产盘点管理。
  • Any other assignment as is determined by supervisor.
  • 完成上级安排的其他工作。

Qualification Required:
  • Bachelor or above degree in administration management or related major.
  • 本科或以上学历,行政管理相关专业。Ability to develop credible working relationships across all levels, excellent communication skills, interpersonal and organization skills.
  • 优秀的沟通能力,人际关系和组织能力。
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarins, spoken Cantonese is advantageous, Excellent in Chinese and English word processing.
  • 较强的英文口头和书面表达能力,优秀中英文案写作能力
  • Work under pressure and able to handle multi-tasks independently.
  • 能够适应较大的工作压力和同时处理多件事务。
  • Motivated, proactive, and flexible to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities.

  • 五年以上相关工作经验。
  • With experience in managing canteen, vehicle, property, dormitory and cleaning team and experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing site is preferred.
  • 有餐厅、车辆、物业、宿舍管理以及保洁团队管理经验,有生物制药工厂相关工作经验优先。
  • Familiar with the company's administrative management system and system construction, Be of rich practical experience in administrative standard management and other aspects
  • 熟悉公司行政管理体系与制度建设,对行政规范管理等方面有丰富的实践经验。CET-6 or advance qualification can read and write with English fluently and speak English proficiency.
  • 英语六级以上,熟练的英语阅读,书写能力和口语能力。
  • Familiar with the Office software like the Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • 熟练掌握Word, Excel,PowerPoint等Office办公软件。Responsible, with strong skills in organization, communication and planning, timely response to demands, and good adaptability to pressure and comprehensive ability to learn new knowledge and skills.
