Job Role and Responsibilities:
- You’ll be responsible to provide direct support to riders at the hub office in the city
- In this partner-facing role, you will be required to use available resources to maintain a service-oriented attitude toward our delivery partners.
- The job requires exceptional negotiation skills & an ability to work under pressure
- As one of the brains behind delivery operations done by our delivery “heroes” and managed by our partner BPO, you will be responsible to own-the-problems and solve them one at a time for a systematic improvement.
- You’ll be expected to bring improvement in Rider NPS and Rider Satisfaction (RSAT) scores.
Requirements:
- A 4-year degree program from a reputable institution
- Highly organized and self-disciplined, able to work on multiple projects in a self-structured and well-prioritized way
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude is the cornerstone of your personality
- You must be adept at G-Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Fleet Management: 2 years (Preferred)
