Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Project Coordinator pertaining to daily job activities.
- Maintaining Log Books such as Shift log book, material purchase log book, and all other log books related to manifold maintenance.
- Receiving complaints from any departments, communicating to superiors and promptly attending to the same.
- Co-ordinating with AMC Vendor in fault finding of equipment and checking the genuineness of service report.
- Perform/accept the job instructions as instructed by the superiors according to the job requirement.
- Making daily shift rounds and noting the corrective actions to be taken and record in log book and taking action in rectifying it.
- Thorough knowledge in operation and maintenance of all plumbing related equipments in the Organization.
- Genuineness in materials buying from vendors, making inward/outward for the materials.
- Sumps to be checked and Bi weekly cleaning
- Filling of over head tank and Bi weekly cleaning
- R.O water for dialysis to be checked and maintained
- Oiling of all doors, windows, furniture, fittings, machinery etc., on a regular basis
- Immediately attend to break down calls
- Regularly visiting all the cabins and patient rooms in the Centre/ the sump / overhead tank and get it clean
- To adhere to the safety norms of the hospital and follow both patient safety and staff safety rules.
- To perform any other job / task as and when assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Any Electrical or Mechanical cum maintenance issues should be sorted out by you immediately whenever issues arises
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
