HR-related responsibilities:

  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
  • Responsible for the overall quality system in the HR department
  • Draft and update documents such as job descriptions, employee handbooks, performance appraisals, forms, SOP, policies, and other HR-related documents.

Recruitment and Staffing duties:

  • Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements, and issues from all departments
  • Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement
  • Issuing a Letter of Offer/ Employment to the selected candidate

Attendance and Employee Management:

  • Keeping track of employee's attendance/absenteeism and reporting to the supervising manager
  • Setting up and updating email addresses for new and resigned employees

Event Planning:

  • Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management's approval

Accounting and Financial Tasks:

  • Prepare billing for the customers
  • Provide general support accounting
  • Maintains proper tagging and safekeeping of company assets

Profiles of Candidate:

  • Possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of billing for the logistic customers is a plus
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills in a professional and responsive manner
  • High level of integrity with a positive work attitude
  • Diligent, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
