Qualifications
1. New equipment development, specification definition, design freeze, acceptance, ramp up as a project leader.
New equipment development, as a project leader, formulate equipment technical specifications, design freeze, equipment acceptance and mass production follow-up.
2. Organize regular meeting to review status of project with team members, highlight risk to management.
Regularly organize project meetings to track project progress, discuss problems, and report project status to management.
3. Identify risk of equipment delivery, travel to supplier site check equipment status accordingly.
