WORK DESCRIPTION:

  • Accommodate and assist walk-in customers, phone, text, and email inquiries. Adopt pleasant manner when dealing with customers.
  • Respond to customers’ requests for quotation, as well as any inquiries regarding prices, discounts, and billings.
  • Process customers’ purchase orders. Coordinate with Warehouse Team regarding inventory levels. Coordinate with Logistics Team regarding delivery schedules.
  • Monitor requests for samples from customers and sales agents. Ensure that samples are paid for and returned on time.
  • Perform other tasks which may be assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 6 months relevant professional experience is required.
  • Good oral and written English proficiency.
  • Customer-service oriented.
  • Willing to work in San Lazaro St. Sta. Cruz Manila.
  • Can start immediately.
