WORK DESCRIPTION:
- Accommodate and assist walk-in customers, phone, text, and email inquiries. Adopt pleasant manner when dealing with customers.
- Respond to customers’ requests for quotation, as well as any inquiries regarding prices, discounts, and billings.
- Process customers’ purchase orders. Coordinate with Warehouse Team regarding inventory levels. Coordinate with Logistics Team regarding delivery schedules.
- Monitor requests for samples from customers and sales agents. Ensure that samples are paid for and returned on time.
- Perform other tasks which may be assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 6 months relevant professional experience is required.
- Good oral and written English proficiency.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Willing to work in San Lazaro St. Sta. Cruz Manila.
- Can start immediately.
