What You'll Do
- Responsible for performing key setup functions within legacy systems and COUPA. Ensures compliance with all related company policies and governmental regulations and manages all Avid related cleanup/issue resolution.
- Ensures timely set-up of New Vendor information in legacy systems and COUPA, in accordance with SLA timelines.
- Updates Vendor name & address information as required in a timely manner and payment terms as approved by AP Managers
- Ensures information completeness and adherence to policy for all new vendor requests.
- Verifies completeness of W9 forms (US) and checks validity of GST Registration numbers (Canada)
- Responds to all vendor setup inquiries.
- Responsible for location creation and assignments
- Creation of new purchasing and invoice workflows as requested by the Executive Committee
- Maintains all workflows as required and helps resolve routing issues and conflicts.
- Provides reporting on volume statistics and other AP KPI's as required and assigned by management.
- Acts as the COUPA Administrator for all Reef entities; this includes all of the above and any items that require administrator access and approval.
What We Want from You
- Bachelor's Degree
- Administrator systems experience using COUPA.
- 5+ years systems experience (COUPA systems preferred)
- Procure-to-pay experience.
- Superior communication skills (essential)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
