1) Liase with Halal & QC Department for any product or items for café. 2) Liase with maintenance if there's any request item to buy. 3) Liase with account for supplier's payments approval. 4) Assist café if do not receive stock ordering from suppliers. 5) Prepare items request by cafe. 6) Prepare for new opening cafe equipment list. 7) Responsible on order from e-commerce. Eg: Lazada & Shopee 8) Develop purchasing strategies. 9) Issue purchase order, invoice and delivering order
