Job Description
Tasks:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of our global SAP PI platforms by day-to-day operational task (e.g. System Parameterization, Interface support)
- Proactive monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting of SAP PI / SAP PO (NW 7.50 Java only) interruptions and issues
- Coordinating SAP PI operation activities with internal service providers and stakeholders
- Support of setting up new SAP PO system landscape
- Identifying potential improvements for the operational business
- Knowledge on ITIL process (Incident, Problem, Change management)
- Participate in 24x7 on-call duty support
- Supporting future migration from SAP PI/PO to SAP Cloud Integration Suite (CPI)
- Supporting SAP Cloud Integration Suite(CPI) platform activities
- Supporting Global Team across all regions
Qualifications
Additional Information
Profile:
- Experience with full lifecycle implementation and complex integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems using PI/PO and CPI
- Experience in operating application platforms, knowledge in operation SAP PI/PO and CPI
- Experience troubleshooting technical problems including Tracing, Debugging Integration scenarios / iFlows
- Good working knowledge with most standard adapters (FILE, RFC, IDOC, HTTP, JDBC, SOAP, REST, SFTP, JMS, SuccessFactors etc.)
- Experience with security concepts - SSL and PGP encryption is preferred
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field
- Proficiency in English
