We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our sales team.

Based in Poland, you will be primarily responsible to develop new sales business and maintain the relationship with existing clients, and to liaise between customers and the company.
Your main responsibilities :
- Evaluation of market potential, finding sales opportunities, establishing competitive analysis.
- Organize adequate technical and application trainings for the customers.
- Look for new business opportunities in other related sectors as well (such as food retailers, supermarkets)
- Follow up the market tendencies and inform his superiors
- support preparation of the monthly product forecast, in the company known as the ALPIC
- prepare travel requests in order to receive approvals for all business trips which will generate expenses
Our ideal candidate:
- Holds a Technical or Engineering degree in Electro mechanics or Refrigeration Technologies
- Has a strong knowledge and a few years field proven experience in application engineering and/or sales in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems
- Brings experience in leading projects and managing complexity
- Is result oriented and not afraid of leading difficult conversations
- Has a sales mentality: Interpersonal savvy, strong communicator, empathic
- Communicates effectively and is an excellent team player and networker
- next to the Polish language, is fluent English.
- Has a good knowledge of MS Office applications
