_JOB POSITION : Industrial Trainee
JOB CATEGORY : Internship
LOCATION : Bangsar (Hybrid / On site)_

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with suppliers.
  • Reviews back-order reports to prioritize supplier shipment schedules and address critical outstanding orders.
  • Publishes past due order reports for suppliers exhibiting substandard delivery performance.
  • Monitors demand changes and analyses requirements.
  • Forecasts maintenance, demand management, and replenishment of orders. Interfaces with related departments to solve purchasing, technical, accounting, and shipping issues.
  • May visit supplier’s location to identify and solve ordering and shipment problems and develop a corrective action plan in concert with more experienced personnel.

Requirements

  • Currently be pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail
  • Be self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skill sets
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Candidates must be good in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to converse in English, Malay, and Mandarin

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
