POSITION TITLE: Buying Coordinator

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Buying Coordinator performs a variety of administrative functions to support the Buying Department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Schedules appointments, provides information to callers, and takes dictation. Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.
Generates reports and provides support on multiple projects.
Creates Purchase Order (PO) worksheets, updates receipt tracker reports, and communicates style information to Allocation team. Assists Buying team in all PO orders, follow-up, and tracking.

49,000.00

Salary Maximum

52,000.00
Base salary will be determined on various factors, including but not limited to, market data, internal equity, relevant background, and experience for the specified role. GUESS?
