Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Data Entry Part-Timer. The primary responsibility of this role is to enter both numerical and text-based data into our job portal, Nak Cari Kerja. You will be provided with the necessary data and guidelines to complete the registration of candidate accounts accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter candidate data accurately into our job portal, Nak Cari Kerja, following provided guidelines and templates.

  • Ensure all required information is captured during the registration process.
  • Verify data accuracy and make any necessary corrections.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Meet deadlines for completing data entry tasks.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
  • Familiarity with using job portals or similar systems is preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and guidelines effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to work 4 hours per day or full 2-3 days per week.
