- Foreign workers management- including clearance, FOMEMA, Visa/permit renewal, insurance, application, extension or cancellation, my EG & etc.
- To handle foreign workers issues effectively and to liaise with immigration department in relate to foreign workers matters.
- Despatch Services Management.
- To manage canteen operator & ensure the food hygiene, cleanliness was maintain in tip-top conditions.
- To Manage & arrange workers transport and ensure them arrive work place & return home at safe conditions.
- To maintain and align all office equipment & copier machine in good conditions & ensure no disruption of work.
- Ensure all meeting rooms in clean & organize conditions.
- To manage waste collection service.
- Security Management
- ISO system, BCMS, RBA audit preparation & coordination (in related to Admin, Canteen, FW Hostel &etc).
- Asset Management (HRA Dept)
- Meeting Room Management
- Office administration. Such as to manage & control mineral water, tissue, hand soap, sanitizer inventory & made order according to consumption qty.
- Any other duties as assigned by immediate superior or higher authority.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year’s working experience in HR field or similar related field.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
- Possess excellent internal personal & communication skills.
- Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
