Walla Walla Studio is looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Manager (Hunter) with experience in art outsourcing.

About the company

Walla Walla Studio is a full-cycle creative studio. The company's track record includes the development of high-end 3D characters, game-level art development, animation, cinematics, and visual effects. Our team of hard-working artists and game designers provides services to various Gamedev and Media companies worldwide.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive, easy-going sales specialist experienced working in the art and gaming industry. We appreciate a result-driven and customer-focused approach to work and constant self-development, which are the primary traits of our team.

The main requirements for the role:

  • Fluent in English (C1) and Ukrainian
  • Experience working in the art outsourcing & gamedev industry
  • 3+ years of experience as a sales manager (hunter) or similar role
  • Experience working on international markets (mainly American and European)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong lead generation (prospecting) and funnel management skills
  • Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule

Would be a plus:

  • Experience negotiating and selling on executive level
  • Knowledge of and usage of world-class sales methodologies or techniques (Miller Heiman / SPIN / Value Selling etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting - source new sales opportunities through outbound sales processes
  • Funnel management - research, expand, and maintain your database of prospects
  • Qualification - Qualify leads and develop opportunities
  • Value proposition - understand customer needs and requirements in accordance with studio services, cross-sell, up-sell
  • Negotiation - communicate and negotiate with potential clients
  • Closing - close deals and manage documentation
  • Monitor industry news and trends, draw up hypotheses for customed customer outreach
  • Continuous analysys and reposting using CRM
