- Holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or related field
- Familiar with FIDIC contract and has a sufficient knowledge of current construction law as well as construction management.
- Familiar with Standard Method of Measurement (SMM) of construction.
- Strong ability to make a construction bills of quantities, cost planning, and cost estimating.
- Strong ability translate design/drawing/construction planning into budget and action plan for execution.
- Has minimum 2 years of work experience in similar roles and construction industry.
- Excellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently on own initiative.
- Has an excellent time management skills, detail oriented and has the ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Has a well-developed computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office,AutoCAD and Sketchup.
