Job Description

  • Create and implement marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the company and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Examine market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and potential risks.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance and provide executive leadership with insights.
  • Create and manage strategic alliances with key stakeholders such as banks, payment providers, and other strategic partners to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and customer service to ensure company goals are aligned and met.
  • Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team focused on delivering measurable results.

The Successful Applicant

  • Marketing experience, at management level.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and make sound business decisions.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Prior experience in the FMCG/Payment/Digital Banking industries is preferred.
