As Portugal is their next destination, they want to hire Sales Associates with the various language skills to help their customers.

Responding to consumer leads promptly (examples: within a set time frame of less than an hour);
Contacting customers and collecting necessary information, evaluating and probing business opportunities, and conducting surveys using Sanelo's preferred providers or technology applications;
Arranging follow-up appointments within a set time;
Establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with the customer;
Ensuring the accuracy of data and timely update of sales lead progress in the company's CRM system;
Determining customers' needs and matching them with the company's service capabilities;
Ensuring that the customer is reassured, understands the move process, and custom formalities;
Following up frequently with the customer to meet service expectations;
Looking to upsell other services that Sanelo offers;
Achieving a minimum conversion target from lead to opportunity;

Possess customer service or tele-sales experience (plus).

Ability to adapt, contribute and succeed in a rapidly changing, fast-paced early-stage company environment.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Good English and German, both written and oral.
