Job Description


Scorpios is looking for an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Supervisor that will be responsible to organize our company’s training strategy and lead all training and development initiatives. The successful candidate should have the ability to design individual and group training courses with the aim develop our team members’ skills and improve overall company performance and retention.

Responsibilities


  • Construct and implement Scorpios training strategy and learning curriculums.
  • Prepare and monitor Learning and Development annual budget.
  • Evaluate training program’s effectiveness quarterly and report to upper management.
  • Conduct needs analysis, develop, implement, and monitor training programs and materials.
  • Coordinate and conduct departmental trainings and conduct new hire orientation programs.
  • Assist HODs to create career development plans for their teams.
  • Provide support to Scorpios teams concerning any training related issues.
  • Present recommendations for innovative training methods, i.e., gamification, e-learning.
  • Remain up to date when it comes to new/evolving training trends and best practices.
  • Responsible for all administration tasks concerning Learning and Development.

Requirements


  • 4+ years of experience in the field of Learning & Development
  • Past expertise in the successful creation and implementation of training programs
  • Knowledge in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • BS degree in L&D, HR, education or relevant field.
  • Proficient knowledge of English
  • Internal drive and willingness to work in a challenging and fast‐paced work environment
  • Strong ability and self-motivation to overcome problems at work in a resourceful, efficient, and effective way, working independently or as part of a team
  • Professional communication skills along with an innate teamwork mentality
