Duties / Responsibilities
We are a growing contracting company and we’re looking for a new team member to jump in and play a day-to-day role in our business. The role will primarily be focused on communicating with the general manager, production manager and clients. Additionally aiding with overall flow of workplace data and operations. The goal is to have this individual become a long-term piece of the company. The role will begin part time, but could easily evolve into more. Specific responsibilities could range from:
- Aid in general flow of operations
- Job data management
- Scheduling appointments
- Providing Customer Service primarily by phone or email
- General clerical work
- Directing phone calls
- Data input to internal systems
- Email management and communications
Skills Required
- A highly organized individual, ideally with some previous experience in a similar role
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Very comfortable communicating with a team, but an ability when needed, to work independently and self-motivate
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and experience with inbound and outbound calling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with a collaboration tool like Trello would be an asset (not required)
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
