We are currently seeking a Territory Development Manager to join our team at Liga der Roboter.
The main responsibility of this role is to support the geographical expansion of our school network both within Munich and beyond. This will involve seeking suitable locations for classes through partnerships, subleasing, and collaboration with government and municipal institutions.
This is an interesting position, as demand for our product is quite high. However, we are very sensitive to rental costs, and some locations are used for free as part of partnerships, which is the best outcome of your work.
The position is part-time and remote, so responsibility and self-sufficiency are crucial, and fluency in German is essential.
As a Territory Development Manager, your responsibilities may include:
- Identifying and developing relationships with potential partners and sublease opportunities for new locations
- Negotiating rental agreements and coordinating necessary paperwork with landlords and local authorities
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with government and municipal institutions to secure free or discounted locations
- Creating and implementing a strategy for expanding the school network in line with company goals
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure the successful launch of new locations
To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to build relationships with partners and local authorities. Fluency in German is required as you will be dealing with German landlords, partners and institutions.
