That's how we continue to achieve extraordinary things in extraordinary locations.Job description: General Role Purpose (brief description of this job)Responsible for generating, updating, tracking and recording detailed plans and transactions for in support of the rotable requirements of inventory for the business.Qualifications (required for job) & Knowledge & ExperienceBachelor's degree or related field preferred.Knowledge of supply chain, planning and schedulingStrong organization skillsSound computer literacy skills Advanced Excel, Intermediate Word, Intermediate Power PointSound working knowledge of JDE or other ERPAnalytical and problem solving skills2+ year experience in Inventory control and /or warehousing.Good mathematical and analytical skills.Fluency in Spanish is required and proficiency in English highly regarded. A willingness to undertake language-training desirable.Team oriented individualCore Specific Responsibilities & Expected Deliverables Update maintenance planning documents (i.e. work packages, checklists, asset register, materials list, etc.)Track weekly and monthly rotable performance highlighting any trends or issues.Maintain a register that adheres to established strategies for rotables repairs.Track performance measures with business target objectives KPI'S.Assist in tracking service exchange strategies for long lead rotable items.Update Rotable requirements with availability feedback to supervisor and crews with data from completed work orders.Track and expedite parts and material for long lead items, provide exception information to the Supervisor for updating and plans.Produce and maintain weekly dashboard for rotable performance.Work the maintenance medium and long term planning in JD Edwards, upload all Rotable information and keep the database and any trackers up to date.Report any stock issues to management and place product orders as necessaryMaintain HSE standards and ensure strict compliance.Operate within and observe all relevant and applicable laws of Panama.Ensure all costs of rotable repairs are captured, recorded and reportedPerform duties as required.Behavioral Traits / Personal CharacteristicsBolder: Flexible, versatile, and prepared to take on challenges as needed.Smarter: always looks for efficiencies and better ways of doing thingsDriven: Sets high standards, is motivated and determined.Together: communicates well with peers and understand others views.Operational RequirementsCobre Panama is a remote site.

This exciting position is based on-site and will be focusing on driving and delivering operational accountability and ownership across various units at Cobre Panama site.
