Customer Service Coordinator
Job Description
  • 3PL accounts management (KPIs analysis and review)
  • Coordinate Refurbishment’s Maintenance Support Plan
  • Receivables and Invoicing management
  • Contact customers
  • Assist on technical issues in the respective region
  • Provide price information and client file information
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and propose improvements.
  • Continuous and efficient back office administration support
  • Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all associated paperwork

Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree preferable in Business, Finance or Engineering
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Good command of MS-Office applications
  • ERP System key user
  • Proficient user of the English language
  • Analytical, problem solving skills
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to plan ahead and deal with unexpected issues
