In this role, you will be responsible for attending to guests' needs, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay for all our guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and issuing room keys.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, room rates, and local attractions.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation system, ensuring guest information is accurate and accessible.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address any guest concerns or room issues.
Assist with managing hotel inventory, including room availability and supplies.
Maintain a clean and inviting front desk area.
Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by hotel management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
