What you'll do


We are seeking an experienced Cash Flow Reporting Expert for designing and implementing an ideal cash flow reporting process that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements and with that deliver accurate and timely reporting of cash flow information. You should have a strong understanding of financial reporting principles and possess the ability to analyze complex financial data.

Focus topic for 2024 will be the setup of the new Cash Flow CoE team to come to a faster cash flow reporting delivering more insights into single components to also provide an improved basis for our cash flow forecasting.

Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement an efficient cash flow reporting process according to industry best practices (outside-in view).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams & IT.
  • Analyze cash flow data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks.
  • Prepare and present cash flow reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations related to cash flow reporting, and ensure compliance within the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support on cash flow reporting matters.


What you bring


  • University degree or equivalent in finance/accounting.
  • Proven experience in cash flow reporting, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably in a corporate financial reporting environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting principles, standards, and regulations (esp. IFRS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends and patterns.
  • Proficiency in using SAP financial reporting tools and software is plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills for communication to C-level and auditors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
